General

1. No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room.

2. The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.

3. Hotel reserves the right to send guests away from the Hotel due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by Hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.

4. Guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity at the time of arrival in the Hotel.

5. All the assets and valuables of the Hotel should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The Hotel has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Hotel (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.

6. If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is not Hotel’s responsibility to advise Hotel management prior to arrival.

7. Your valuables can be stored in a safety deposit box in your room or the hotel can store your valuables upon request.

8. In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable you must notify the hotel before storing. The hotel may refuse to store this kind of valuables.

9. Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. The Hotel takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.

10. Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for a period of three (3) months. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated to charity. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check out are only held until close of business that day.

11. Claimed items can be collected from the hotel with valid identification or alternatively the hotel can arrange postage on behalf of the guest at their expense.

12. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.

13. We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Hotel does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.

Reservation Policy & Terms of Accommodation

1. By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel’s Standard Terms and Conditions in respect of their reservation / stay at the Hotel.

2. You further agree that the General Terms and Conditions as provided on the website eleios.gr shall constitute the binding agreement between yourself and Hotel Eleios in relation to any and all commercial arrangement including reservation, stay, payment, usage of facilities, etc. of whatsoever nature.

3. The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.

4. Guest voluntarily agrees and permits the Hotel representatives to profile the guest from the public domain to ascertain the details of the guest and render adequate hospitality services to them during their stay in the hotel.

5. On the day of your arrival, your room is rented from 15:00 onwards, unless otherwise agreed.

6. On the day of your departure, you must leave the studio before 11:00. The day of departure is not charged.

7. In case of staying in the room on the day of departure after 11:00 and until 18:00, you will be charged 50% of the price of the night, only by appointment.

8. If you stay after 18:00, you will be charged for the entire night, only by appointment.

9. If you require a baby crib please let us know with the booking.

10. For children from 0 to 3 years there is no extra charge.

11. The charge for each additional person is €30 per day and you must inform us in time to ensure the availability of an extra bed in the room.

12. It is not permitted to sublet the room provided by the hotel or to provide accommodation in that room to third parties. Upon arrival, the client is obliged to state the exact number of guests who will stay in the rooms for which a reservation has been made. No additional guests are allowed unless approved by the hotel, with the corresponding additional charges.

13. To confirm a standard rate booking, a deposit of 30% or an amount equal to the cost of one night’s stay, whichever is greater, is required. The deposit is payable either by a valid credit or debit card or by bank transfer. Initially, a pre-booking is sent, which contains all the details of the reservation, the procedure for the deposit, the time frame for its payment, and the cancellation policy. After the payment of the deposit, a final booking confirmation email is sent.

14. The only currency accepted is EURO (€).

15. In case of e-mail or phone reservation, you have to deposit the required amount of money to the provided bank account within 2 working days. In your deposit you should mention your full name but also the dates of your check-in and check-out.

16. In case of non-payment of the deposit, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice.

17. Upon arrival, accommodation and/or other services provided during the stay of the client will be paid immediately or charged to the bill of each room. Payment can be made either in cash (depending on the amount and the applicable legislation) or by credit/debit card or bank transfer. The hotel must provide the customer with the relevant document detailing the respective charges.

18. In case of checkout before the agreed date, you will be charged with 100% of the cost for the remaining days.

19. Any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees, shall be covered solely and exclusively by you.

20. You may cancel your reservation for any reason, at any time.

21. If the cancellation is made at least 21 days before your arrival, you are refunded the full amount of the deposit.

22. If the cancellation is made in less than 21 days before your arrival, no refund is given.

23. In case of non show, no refund is given.

24. You must comply with the quiet hours policy. From 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.

25. Pets are not allowed in the rooms.

26. Should there be any special requests or complaints, we encourage you to inform the reception desk directly during your stay. In all cases, and where possible, every effort will be made to resolve the matter.
